Return & Refund Policy
Tokyoninki shall use its best efforts to ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of product(s) delivered and our consumer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days upon receiving the product(s).
Item purchased online through www.tokyoninki.com are returnable / refundable ONLY for product(s) that have been highly misrepresented.
- Product is expired
- Incorrect Product(s)
- Damaged Goods with T&C
- Wrong Delivery
- Other Reason
We do not accept refund on the below scenarios:
- Free gift and samples.
- Glassware Item
- Product(s) was used or unsealed.
- Product(s) not sold by tokyoninki.com
- Product(s) damaged by customers / courier company
- Product(s) received more than 7 days
- Return of parcel due to failure of recipient in accepting/ collecting the parcel.
Procedure for request to refund.
- The return of a product by consumer does not automatically warrant for a refund. Tokyoninki will inspect the returned product upon receipt of the same.
- All return must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for a reasonable refund to be issued.
- Alternatively, consumer may bring the affected product(s) to our head office in Petaling Jaya.

- Consumers shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it reaches us at our main office building. Tokyoninki will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product(s) prior to the product(s) being received by us. You are advised to pack safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product(s) or its box or its original packaging.
- Once we have received your return at our head office, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the return item.
- Kindly be informed that refund will be credited in Ninki Member points method.
